Built in Sofia, for the agencies we know

Real estate agencies in Bulgaria run on the same three tools: a spreadsheet for listings, a phone full of contacts, and a chat group for the team. It works until the second broker joins, and then nobody knows who called whom.

The foreign CRMs on offer were built for other markets: no Bulgarian, prices in the wrong currency, no idea what a preliminary contract or a notary date is, and no way to co-broker with the agency across the street.

So we built Avensa around how a Bulgarian agency actually works: listings, contacts and deals in one record, an AI that speaks Bulgarian, an Exchange where local agencies share listings, and support from people who answer in Bulgarian.
