Version 0.3.0 of the Avensa browser extension turns Gmail and the property portals into working surfaces of your CRM. Install it from Settings → Integrations → Browser Extension.
In Gmail
- Live side panel — the context updates by itself as you move between emails, with no reload.
- Tasks, deal linking and matched properties — create a task, attach the thread to a specific deal, and see up to five properties matching the client's criteria, all from the panel.
- AI reply drafts — generate a reply from the contact, their deals and their matched properties, choose an intent (reply, follow up, send listings, schedule a viewing) and a language, then edit the draft inside Gmail. Sending stays yours.
- Viber and WhatsApp quick actions — start a conversation with the contact in one click.
Import from the portals
- Listing import with private-seller detection — the extension flags when an advert looks like an owner rather than an agency, and offers to save them as a lead.
- Already-imported badge — you immediately see whether the property is already in the CRM, with a link to the existing record.
- Bulk import from search results — import a whole results page at once; duplicates are skipped automatically and new listings become drafts for review.
imot.bg, olx.bg, imoti.net, imoti.info and alo.bg are supported.
Everywhere else
- Sidebar on any site — look up a contact by email address or phone number from any page.
- Bulgarian and Russian UI — the extension follows the language on your profile.
