Exchange moved from a single browse page to a full hub: Overview, Marketplace (Listings · Buyers · Agencies), My exchange and Insights.
What changed
- Deal rooms: once a cooperation is accepted, both agencies share one room for messages, documents, the commission split and a closing checklist — messages also mirror into Inbox › Messages, read-only.
- Co-listings: list a property jointly with another agency and share marketing rights.
- Cooperation requests now arrive in Inbox › Needs action with a Respond action that opens the deal room directly.
- Browse and buyer/demand search got a real quality pass — clearer statuses, no more silently missing RPCs.
