Inbox replaces the old notifications list with one triage surface: everything that needs you, everything you are talking about, everything informational, and everything done.
What changed
- Needs action groups requests (permission requests, workflow approvals, viewing requests, cooperation requests, offers, document reviews, signatures, leads, tasks, imports) with ONE primary action inline — Accept slot, Approve, Review, Sign, Call — so you rarely need to open a side panel just to act.
- Messages brings every channel into one contact-centric thread: email, WhatsApp, SMS, Viber, Telegram, Messenger, portal messages and Exchange deal-room messages, with an AI summary for long threads.
- Updates is the informational feed, grouped by day.
- Done keeps the last 30 days with an outcome badge (Approved, Declined, Accepted, Signed, Answered, Expired) and a Reopen action.
The header bell shows the same Needs-action list, docked under the header — there is no second model or component to keep in sync.
