Unlimited, included in every plan, €0 per document. An electronic signature under Art. 13 of the Bulgarian E-Document Act — with explicit consent recorded during signing, the parties agree under Art. 13(4) that it carries the legal force of a handwritten signature. Suitable for viewing protocols, brokerage and exclusive representation agreements, addenda, deposit receipts and tenancy agreements.
Legally equivalent to a handwritten signature under eIDAS Art. 25(2), built for preliminary purchase agreements and similar high-stakes documents. Not yet live; pricing will be announced at launch.
Every signature produces a sealed certificate with a document hash, timestamps, IP address and signer verification.
Clients sign from a phone, tablet or laptop. Standard signatures need no app, download or account.
No charge per document the way DocuSign-integrated tools bill. Send as many as the deal needs.
Documents and signature data stay encrypted in your CRM, hosted in the EU, and become immutable once signed.
Get started in four simple steps
Attach a document to a contact or deal and send it for signature, or let the client sign it themselves from their portal.
The client opens a secure link and signs on their phone or laptop. Qualified signatures use the free Evrotrust app.
Once everyone has signed, Avensa generates the audit certificate and files both documents against the property, contact or deal.
Not every document carries the same legal weight, so Avensa offers two signing tiers. Standard e-signatures under Art. 13 of the Bulgarian E-Document Act are unlimited and included in every plan at €0 per document. With explicit consent recorded during the signing flow itself, the parties agree under Art. 13(4) that the signature carries the legal force of a handwritten signature, and where the law requires simple written form, an electronic document satisfies it too. Suitable for viewing protocols, brokerage and exclusive representation agreements, addenda, deposit receipts, tenancy agreements and other documents that don't require notarial form.
A preliminary purchase agreement can also be signed electronically. If the signature is contested, reliable identification of the signer and the full audit trail Avensa Sign records become key evidence. Given the value of such transactions, we recommend a Qualified Electronic Signature via Evrotrust, coming soon to Avensa, or signing on paper. A QES is legally equivalent to a handwritten signature under eIDAS Art. 25(2). Clients will sign in the Evrotrust app, which most Bulgarian clients already have since banks and the NRA use it; anyone without it can be verified remotely and issued a certificate within minutes, foreign passports included.
Avensa Sign does not replace notarial form: notarial deeds and powers of attorney for property transactions still require a notary in person, regardless of signature type. A tenancy agreement is valid this way regardless of its term, but if the parties want a lease over one year registered in the Property Register to be enforceable against a future owner, that registration requires notarized signatures, which an electronic signature does not replace. Avensa's signatures cover everything else that can legally be signed electronically. This is not legal advice.
Regardless of your business scale, Avensa grows with you
You need a deposit agreement signed on the spot after a viewing, with no printer in sight.
The client signs on their own phone in under a minute, and the file lands straight in the deal.
You send brokerage agreements to clients who are rarely free to come into the office.
The document gets signed remotely and the status updates itself, no chasing a scanned copy.
A preliminary purchase agreement needs full legal certainty, and the buyer lives in another city.
A qualified signature via Evrotrust covers it, with no travel required from either side.
