When you advertise a property for sale or rent on a public Bulgarian property portal (such as imot.bg, imoti.net, alo.bg or homes.bg), real-estate agencies that use Avensa may see your listing in Avensa, together with the contact name and phone number you published with it.
We collect this from the public listing so that an agency can contact you about selling or renting your property. We keep only listings from private sellers, not from agencies.
You can object at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason. We then delete your number from every agency's list in Avensa and stop collecting it again.
