Agencies trust us with their client base. This page says plainly where that data lives, how it is protected, and what rights you keep over it.
The database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (AWS eu-central-1). Uploaded files are kept in EU-jurisdiction cloud storage. Sub-processors outside the EU are listed in the privacy policy, with the safeguards we rely on.
All traffic runs over TLS. Databases and file storage are encrypted at rest by the hosting provider.
The database is backed up automatically every day and backups are kept separately from the live system.
Owner, manager and broker roles decide who sees which contacts, listings and deals. Brokers can be limited to their own records.
Consent is tracked per contact, personal data can be exported and permanently deleted, and we act as your processor under a data-processing agreement.
The assistant processes your data in Google Cloud's EU multi-region. Your data is not used to train models. The optional voice receptionist runs on Twilio's network, as described in the privacy policy.
Password sign-in with email verification, optional multi-factor authentication, and session revocation from the account settings.
Actions taken by the AI assistant and changes to key records are logged, so you can see who did what and when.
The client base belongs to the agency. Nothing in Avensa locks it in, and nothing requires our permission to take it out.
