Inviting a partner agency to the Exchange
How to invite an agency that doesn't use Avensa to the Exchange with a free Exchange-only account, what the invited agency gets, and how it upgrades to the CRM.
The Exchange is more useful the more agencies are on it. When you cooperate with an agency that doesn't use Avensa yet, invite it: it gets a free account with the Exchange only, and you can share listings and buyers with it here.
Invite an agency
Open Agencies
Go to ExchangeAgencies.
Open AgenciesStart the invitation
Click Invite an agency.
Enter the agency's email
Type the Agency email and, if you like, the Agency name. Leave Send email notification ticked to email the invitation, or untick it to only create the link.
Create the invitation
Click Create invitation. The link appears so you can also send it by Viber or chat. Click Copy link to copy it.
Limits
A link is valid for 30 days and works only for the invited email address. Your agency can send up to 20 invitations a day. Inviting the same address again sends a fresh link and the old one stops working. You need permission to cooperate on the Exchange.
What the invited agency gets
The invited person opens the link, creates an account (or signs in) with the invited address, enters their agency's name and clicks Create my Exchange account. Their workspace opens on the Exchange:
- it is free, with no card and no trial;
- they can browse partner listings and buyer requests and agree cooperations;
- the CRM pages (contacts, deals, AI and the rest) show the plan chooser. Choosing a plan, with its trial, unlocks them.
Each person can claim one free Exchange-only workspace.
The email
The invitation email comes from your agency's name, in Bulgarian and English. It is listed under SettingsAutomated emails as Exchange invitation to a partner agency, and each one sent is in the email log.
