Check a Property in the Registers
Read the registry check on a property or building: the verdict, the red and yellow findings, the check map, the history and the settings, all on the Registers tab.
The registry check looks a property up in the public registers by its cadastral ID and tells you what needs attention before you list or sell it. Everything about the check is on the property's Registers tab. A building has the same tab.
The Registers tab only appears when the registry check is switched on for your agency. When the tab row is narrow (for example, with the notes panel open), Registers moves into the menu at the end of the tabs.
See the verdict at a glance
You don't need to open the tab to know where a property stands:
- Registry check in the right-hand column shows the counts, the top three findings and the date of the data. Click Open the check to go to Registers.
- On Property data (or Building data for a building), the Location card ends with one line: what the check says now, and a Registers button.
Run the first check
Open Registers
Open the property and click the Registers tab.
Open PropertiesGive the cadastral ID
If the property has no cadastral ID yet, type it in and click Check. If you don't know it, click Don't know it? Find it on the map and confirm the property there.
Run the check
If the ID is there but the property was never checked, click Run the check. The result appears in a few seconds.
Read the findings
At the top of the tab are the property, its ID chain (unit, building, parcel), the date of the data and three counts: Red flags, To check and Without remarks. The Result tab below lists the findings:
| Section | What it means |
|---|---|
| Act | Red findings that need action before the deal, for example a purpose in the cadastre that does not match the listing |
| Check | Yellow findings worth a second look |
| Acknowledged | Findings you or a colleague have already confirmed or snoozed |
