AML (ЗМИП): closing check and overview
Block a deal from being won until every buyer and seller has a complete AML file, let one deal close anyway with a reason, and see which clients of open deals are still missing a file.
SettingsAML (ЗМИП) decides whether a deal can be won while a client's anti-money-laundering file is incomplete, and lists the clients of open deals who still need one. A deal checks its primary contact and every participant with the role Buyer or Seller.
Before you start
Everyone can open the page. Only owners and admins can change the closing check; others see a View only notice. The overview of incomplete files needs a role that can read AML client files.
A file is complete when the ID copy is collected with consent and the source of funds, beneficial owner and PEP declarations are each signed or not required.
Block closing until the files are complete
Open the AML page
Go to SettingsAML (ЗМИП).
Open AML settingsTurn on the check
Turn on Block closing until AML files are complete and click Save Changes.
From now on, marking a deal won, dragging it into a won stage, and marking several deals won at once are refused while a party's file is incomplete. The message says the deal needs complete AML files for every buyer and seller. With the switch off, the deal only shows a warning.
Check earlier, at the notary stage
To require the files before the deed rather than at the win, open SettingsPipelines, edit the stage (for example Notary) and tick Complete AML file for every buyer and seller under Before a deal can enter this stage.
Set the cash warning amount
When the agency itself receives a cash deposit on a deal (see Closing a deal), the deal shows Cash above the threshold from 5 000 €. To use another amount, enter it in Cash warning from (€) and click Save Changes. Leave it empty for 5 000 €. Have your lawyer confirm the amount.
Let one deal close anyway
Sometimes a client is identified in person at the notary and the declarations follow. An owner or admin can let that one deal through.
