Listing material reaches you in Viber, WhatsApp, the Gallery and the browser. In the Avensa mobile app you can send it straight to the right record from your phone's Share menu, without saving and re-uploading anything.
Needs the latest app version
Sharing photos and files into Avensa needs the newest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play. If Avensa doesn't appear in the Share menu for a photo or a PDF, update the app.
Before you start
- Install the Avensa mobile app and sign in.
- Adding photos to a property needs permission to edit that property.
Add shared photos to a property
Share the photos
In Viber, WhatsApp or the Gallery, select one or more photos (up to 20), tap Share and choose Avensa.
Choose Add to a property
The Shared with Avensa screen shows the photos. Tap Add to a property.
Pick the property
Search for the listing and tap it. The photos are added to its photos and the property opens.
Photos are resized for the web before they upload. With no connection, the app keeps them and uploads them as soon as you are back online. Until then they wait under Pending changes.
Save a shared PDF or document
Share the file
In Viber, WhatsApp, your email app or Files, tap Share on the PDF and choose Avensa.
Tap Save to Documents
The file opens in the new-document form, already selected and named after the file.
Link it and upload
Under Link to a record (optional), choose Contact, Property or Deal and pick the record. Choose a Category, then tap Upload and file.
You can share PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx) and PowerPoint (.pptx) files up to 50 MB, one at a time. Macro-enabled Office files (.docm, .xlsm, .pptm) are not accepted. Uploading a document needs a connection.
A single photo, such as an ID or a signed page, can be filed as a document too: share it and tap Save as a document.
Turn a shared link or text into a record
- A link to a listing: tap Import as a property. Avensa reads the page and creates the property for you to check.
- Listing text (for example a description pasted in Viber): tap Property draft to read it into a new property.
- Any other text: tap Create a note and choose the client, or Create a task.
Troubleshooting
Avensa isn't in the Share menu. Update the app. On iPhone, also check More at the end of the share row and switch Avensa on.
Some files were not added. One share takes up to 20 photos, or one PDF or Office file. Share the rest in a second go.
This file type cannot be added. Only photos, PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files can be shared into Avensa.
